Louisa Terrell Biography:-

Louisa Terrell is a lawyer and government worker from the United States. Terrell has been President Joe Biden’s director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs since 2021. Before this, Terrell worked in both the public and private sectors. He was on Biden’s staff in the Senate and was in charge of public policy at Facebook, among other jobs.

Terrell was born on August 17, 1969, in Delaware. She went to college at Tufts and law school at Boston College.

In 2001, she worked for Joe Biden in the Senate. She was Tom Wheeler’s chief of staff and Cory Booker’s chief of staff. She helped Barack Obama with legislation. She worked at Yahoo as the director of federal policy and strategy, at Facebook as the director of public policy, and at McKinsey & Company as the deputy general counsel. She taught at the Biden Institute as a guest professor.

After Joe Biden was sworn in as Vice President, Terrell was put in charge of the White House’s Office of Legislative Affairs. She talked to moderate Republicans and Democrats about the American Jobs Plan in 2021. The plan became the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act when it was passed by the US Senate in August 2021.
